At Zeeshan IELTS, we are committed to providing high-quality training services. Below is our return and refund policy for online and offline courses, mock tests, and other services.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If a student cancels their enrollment within 24 hours of purchase and has not accessed any course material.

  • If the purchased service is unavailable due to unforeseen technical issues from our end.

  • If there is a duplicate payment made by mistake.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for a refund:

  • Partially completed or fully accessed courses.

  • Mock test packages once a test has been started.

  • Any downloadable study materials.

  • Subscription-based services after the first billing cycle.

3. Course Transfers

If you are unable to continue with a course, you may request to transfer your enrollment to another batch or program within 7 days of purchase. Transfers are subject to availability and approval by our team.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email info@zeeshanielts.com with your payment details, reason for the request, and proof of transaction. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Changes to This Policy

Zeeshan IELTS reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
