Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview
Zeeshan IELTS is committed to providing premium education, exclusive study materials, and state-of-the-art CBE lab facilities. Because we strictly limit our batch sizes to ensure high-quality, personalized attention, securing a seat prevents another candidate from enrolling. Therefore, we enforce a strict but fair refund policy.
2. The Trial Period & Early Withdrawal
We want you to be completely confident in our “Band Machine” methodology.
Eligible for Partial Refund: If you enroll and realize the masterclass is not the right fit for you, you may request a withdrawal within your first two scheduled classes.
Deductions: In this scenario, a partial refund will be issued, minus a standard administrative and registration fee.
Notification: You must notify the campus administration in writing (via email or physical application) before the start of your third class to be eligible.
3. Strictly Non-Refundable Scenarios
Once the trial period has passed, course fees are strictly non-refundable. Zeeshan IELTS will not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
After the Second Class: Once your third scheduled class begins, 100% of your paid tuition fee becomes entirely non-refundable.
Absences and Dropouts: If you voluntarily drop out, stop attending classes, or miss sessions due to personal, medical, or professional reasons, no refunds or fee adjustments will be made.
Disciplinary Expulsion: If a student is expelled for violating our Code of Conduct, disrupting the learning environment, or damaging lab equipment, all fees are forfeited.
Official Exam Fees: Zeeshan IELTS only collects fees for preparation and tuition. We are not responsible for, nor can we refund, official exam booking fees paid to the British Council, IDP, or Pearson.
4. Study Materials & Proprietary Content
All printed study materials, vocabulary schemas, and PTE templates provided upon your enrollment hold significant proprietary value. Once these materials have been handed over or digitally accessed, the cost associated with them is non-refundable, regardless of early withdrawal.
5. Batch Transfers & Freezing Enrollment
We understand that sudden emergencies arise. While we do not offer refunds after the deadline, we do offer flexibility:
Freezing Your Seat: If you face a severe medical or family emergency, you may submit a formal request to “freeze” your enrollment.
Approval: This is subject to management approval. If approved, you may join a future batch within 30 days of your original enrollment date without paying the tuition fee again.
Non-Transferable to Others: Your fee is tied to your identity. You cannot transfer your paid seat to a friend, sibling, or another candidate under any circumstances.
6. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
If your situation falls within our eligible trial period, please follow these steps:
Submit a written application to the campus front desk or email info@zeeshanielts.com.
Include your Full Name, Batch Timings, Date of Enrollment, and the reason for withdrawal.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days via bank transfer or original payment method.
