1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Zeeshan IELTS website (zeeshanielts.com), visiting our campuses in Islamabad or Rawalpindi, or enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Course Enrollment and Admissions
Diagnostic Assessment: We reserve the right to mandate a free initial diagnostic test to place you in the appropriate masterclass or foundation batch.
Right of Admission: Zeeshan IELTS reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the enrollment of any student who disrupts the learning environment or violates our code of conduct.
Batch Timings: While we strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, batch timings are subject to seat availability and may be altered by the management with prior notice.
3. Fee Structure and Official Exam Booking
Course Fees: All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment unless a specific installment plan has been formally approved by the campus management.
Official Test Fees Not Included: The fees paid to Zeeshan IELTS cover only your tuition, mock tests, lab access, and proprietary study materials. They do not include the official exam booking fees charged by the British Council, IDP, or Pearson.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our course fees at any time. However, any price changes will not affect students who have already paid and secured their seats for an upcoming batch.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Trial Classes: We offer a partial refund policy if you choose to withdraw after attending your first two scheduled trial classes.
Non-Refundable: After the completion of the second class, all course fees become strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual.
Absences: Zeeshan IELTS is not liable to refund fees or provide makeup classes if a student skips or misses classes for personal reasons.
5. Intellectual Property and Study Materials
Proprietary Content: All study guides, vocabulary sheets, PTE templates, and writing frameworks provided to you are the exclusive intellectual property of Zeeshan IELTS.
Restriction of Use: These materials are strictly for your personal study use. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or sell any of our materials. Any unauthorized sharing of our proprietary templates will result in immediate termination of your enrollment without a refund.
6. Computer-Delivered (CBE) Lab Usage
Equipment Care: Students are granted access to our state-of-the-art CBE labs for practice. Any deliberate damage to computers, monitors, headsets, or furniture will be billed directly to the responsible student.
Lab Scheduling: Lab access outside of standard class hours must be booked in advance with the campus administration to ensure fair access for all candidates.
7. Code of Conduct
We maintain a premium, professional academic environment. Students are expected to:
Maintain punctuality for all classes and 1-on-1 speaking mock sessions.
Treat instructors, staff, and fellow candidates with absolute respect.
Keep mobile phones on silent mode during lectures and mock exams.
8. Limitation of Liability and Guarantees
Target Scores: While Zeeshan IELTS guarantees the delivery of master-level coaching, premium materials, and accurate grading during mock exams, we cannot guarantee your final official score. Test-day performance relies on the individual student’s psychological state, focus, and execution.
Website Usage: Zeeshan IELTS is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or inability to access our online resources.
9. Modifications to the Terms
Zeeshan IELTS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
